We verify your API key against Cliniko, then register your clinic. Your key is stored securely and only used to sync appointments and patients.

Choose the GHL workspace

Pick the subaccount this clinic will live in. We then build the Cliniko mirror calendar, switch on review request tagging and run the first sync.

Provisioning key

Kadar team only. If a key came with your onboarding link it is filled in already.

Subaccount API key (Private Integration token)

Created inside the chosen subaccount: Settings, then Private Integrations, then new integration. Tick View and Edit Contacts, View and Edit Calendars, View and Edit Calendar Events, View Conversations, View Conversation Messages, View Users. This key is what lets Kadar mirror the calendar and manage tags in that subaccount.

From here the system keeps the GHL calendar mirrored to Cliniko (new bookings, reschedules and cancellations), tags attended appointments and sends review requests once per patient after attendance.
