Connect your Cliniko account

We verify your API key against Cliniko, then register your clinic. Your key is stored securely and only used to sync appointments and patients.

In Cliniko: My Info → Manage API keys. The region is read from the key automatically.

Connect the GHL subaccount

Paste the subaccount's location ID and a Private Integration token created inside that same subaccount. We then build the Cliniko mirror calendar, switch on review request tagging and run the first sync.

Kadar team only. If a key came with your onboarding link it is filled in already.

Location ID

In the subaccount: Settings → Business Profile. It also sits in the browser URL after /location/.

Subaccount Private Integration token

Create it inside the subaccount, not at agency level

GoHighLevel refuses agency-level tokens on calendar and contact endpoints, so a token made at agency level will fail here even with every box ticked. It has to be created from within this subaccount.

The clinic is provisioned and the first sync has started.

From here the system keeps the GHL calendar mirrored to Cliniko (new bookings, reschedules, cancellations and attendance), tags attended appointments and sends review requests once per patient after attendance. Publish the messaging workflows only once the first sync reports done.
